Airport pick-up: order by 5pm (JST) and the earliest pick-up is the day after tomorrow. Orders placed after 5pm (JST) are ready three days later. Whichever method you choose, please return the item in the prepaid return envelope included with your order.
Note: Earliest Delivery Time for Each Area in Japan Same-Day Delivery Areas: Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, and Yamanashi. Our cut-off time for Same-Day Delivery is 11am (JST) for Tokyo 23 wards and 8am (JST) for other areas.
